수압 테스트

용접 이음 부 또는 파이프 본체를 통한 누출없이 수압 테스트를 견디는 파이프. 조인트는 사용 된 파이프 섹션이 성공적으로 테스트 되었다면 수압 테스트를 할 필요가 없습니다.

벤드 테스트

시험편의 어느 부분에도 균열이 생기지 않아야하며 용접이 열리지 않아야한다.

평탄화 테스트

평탄화 시험의 허용 기준은 다음과 같습니다.

EW 파이프 D <12.750 in :
T 500in이있는 X60. 플레이트 사이의 거리가 원래 외경의 66 % 미만이되기 전에 용접부가 열리지 않아야합니다. 모든 등급 및 벽에 대해 50 %.
D / t> 10 인 파이프의 경우, 플레이트 사이의 거리가 원래 외경의 30 % 미만이되기 전에 용접부가 열리지 않아야합니다.
다른 크기의 경우 전체 API 5L 사양을 참조하십시오.
